From the first text to the initial phone call and written quote, every interaction with Colton (one of the five brothers who own the company) was friendly, courteous, and professional. He communicated clearly and frequently, arrived on time, and replaced three ceiling fans with knowledgeable competence. From patiently troubleshooting a new kitchen fan until it worked properly, to finding smart solutions when installing a bathroom light/fan that didn’t quite fit, Colton was upbeat, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional throughout the job. We contacted Hawaii Electrical Source to help us install ceiling fans at our new house. Logan primarily helped us and he was very nice and responsive. They were able to come out the same week we called them, which was really nice. Logan and his dad, Rodney, installed all our fans very quickly. We also have a vaulted ceiling and they were able to suggest the best fan to get for the area and helped us install it.

Kaniu and Logan did excellent work. Extremely timely professional clean electrical and plumbing work. They installed our breaker box for an addition. Then unexpected heater replacement from tank to tankless. Great price with the best work. No regret in my decision the best men and company for the job. Will definitely hire again for future work.

Logan did a terrific job! I had a problem with my solar water heater not connecting with the electrical source. Logan came out the same day and found out what the problem was real fast! That’s because he is very knowledgeable, besides being friendly. I will definitely use Hawaii Electrical Source in the future if the need arises.
